When a user leaves RoomPanda to contact a landlord, listing source, or other external service, that third party's own privacy practices apply. RoomPanda is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of external sites or services.

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for their personal data. Users may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
